Are you Connecting or Collecting?
The Connectors helps people develop effective strategies for forming relationships, uncovering resources, and connecting dots to move ideas forward.
We know the power of connecting to create impact and want to help people everywhere move beyond transacting to a deeper place of action. We help you take your next step, whatever that may be.
Who are we for?
While The Connectors works with people at all ages and stages of life, we primarily focus on:
Corporate Practitioners: needing to identify and navigate their internal stakeholder challenges, including operational, cultural, and a lack of clarity in communication.
Nonprofits and NGOs: needing to effectively engage their external stakeholders with their mission to expand partnerships, financial resources, and passionate champions.
Students and Early Career Professionals: needing to learn the necessary skills and competencies to navigate their future pathways and career journey.

What others say about us
“It was Emily’s guidance that helped me not only make connections, but she was there to remind me how I can work with my network to create value in both my industry (that I’m extremely passionate about) and myself. Because of Emily and her connections, I had the opportunity to learn more about my field of interest through direct work experience while working on my MBA. Emily is truly invested in you and ensures that you can create the impact you aim for!"
Preshika Jain, EdTech Changemaker
“Emily is a bright light. Blinding in the sense that she shines with hope about where she sees your dreams can go. She pushes you further. Reminds you to dream. Emily is warm in her approach to making sure she understands your particular problem and then hot in her execution of goals co-created. Emily’s light will always be that guide that welcomes your return. I am happy our paths have crossed and will continue to grow together."
JerDrema Virginia Flynt, M.Ed, MBA, Founder of The Chair
“Emily's empathy, production and management skills, curiosity, generosity, and relentless focus on our student learners helped inform each of our programs, and her sought-after weekly coaching hours became a key offering to support our students. She ensured no student's needs were left unattended and her attention to putting people first helped us attract the most vibrant and committed ecosystem of 70+ practitioners and thought leaders (our Senior Fellows in Social Innovation) who mentor our students and champion their professional journeys.”
Cheryl Kiser, Executive Director, Institute for Social Innovation at Babson College
