Offerings for Students and Young Professionals
The college experience prepares young people for their future pathways and provides opportunities to learn functional competencies, new mindsets, and navigational skills. With so much packed into just a few years, sometimes things can get overlooked.
Many students graduate lacking the skills needed to engage with people they don’t know. This lack of knowledge can come across as entitlement and create friction, leaving those who are new to the work force struggling to connect with their colleagues and managers.

This problem doesn't just impact traditional job seekers - entrepreneurs and changemakers also need to engage others to move their ideas forward. This is where The Connectors comes in, helping college-aged and newer career professionals jump into this stage of their lives and cultivate stronger connections.

Workshops start at $500 per session and can accommodate up to 40 people for 90 minutes. Multiple themes can be woven into a longer workshop as well as individual and group coaching sessions. Establishing new connections and building social capital
The greatest resource you have is your network and connection to people who believe in you. But what if you don’t have those established relationships and need to expand your network? This workshop will help you understand ways to forge new relationships and give you a framework for connecting with different types of people.
Unlocking your superpowers and finding your gaps
Each of us has different skills and talents to contribute to a work environment, project, or idea. And no matter how dedicated you might be to a cause or job, it’s not realistic – or even wise – for every individual to embody every quality. Sometimes we need to find partners who can balance our abilities and fill in the gaps on missed opportunities. This workshop will help you unlock your strongest qualities, uncover what you’re missing, and equip you with strategies for attracting those resources
Getting better outcomes from written and verbal communication
Getting someone’s attention or sharing an idea requires you to reach out in a way that leaves them feeling positive and wanting to pursue the connection. Whether you’re engaging someone you know or a new hopeful contact, crafting a meaningful and relevant message is crucial for getting someone’s time and discretionary effort. This workshop includes modules on crafting better LinkedIn messages, the difference between casual and disrespectful language, and the emerging role that AI plays in accelerating or decelerating relationships.
Navigating different cultural contexts
We continuously interact with many different cultures, and it’s not just about where we come from or our beliefs. Corporate culture, for example, is dramatically different than nonprofit or government culture – and even then, different places will have different rules of engagement. This workshop helps you uncover the best ways to engage with the group you are trying to work with and clarify your approach for communications.
